So that we are all on the same page and that there are no grey areas I wanted to send a note home with my expectations as a coach. If you have any questions I am open to your thoughts and opinions so that the basketball program for the girls will be to their advantage. Open communication is key and I expect the girls to approach me with their concerns and especially encourage the parents to help their daughter write down three things they want from me as their coach.

This is what I expect from the players that choose to be in the basketball program:
1. Once you commit to the program (participating in the first 2 practises, means you have committed) you do not quit your team.
2. Always be positive to your team mates, let the coach correct.
3. I expect YOUR best effort every practise. The way you practise is the way you will play.
4. You miss a practise you will miss game time.
5. Come to the next practise with 3 things you want from me as a coach.
