H1N1 HEALTH UPDATE - Cardston Doctors
27 Oct
The Cardston Doctors have requested we put out a news bulletin regarding sick children and others. They said, that if you are ill, you should stay home for 7 days after symptoms show. (Fever, sore throats and coughs), if they have a cough, it will spread to others.
Most cases are mild and there is not a need to panic.
They also suggested thay you would be wiser to call the healthlink line
1-866-408-5465
if you have questions, rather than go into the clinic. (They say they have very good advise and will take time to help you.) The clinic and hospitals are full of sick people. If you are really critically ill, of course go in, but otherwise, stay home and take care of your illness.
